The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) provides multiple grant opportunities to enhance the quality and quantity of specialized and comprehensive services available to assist victims of all forms of human trafficking. Enhanced Collaborative Model to Combat Human Trafficking Program – development or enhancement of multidisciplinary human trafficking task forces that work to identify victims of sex and labor trafficking and ensure that they have access to a comprehensive array of services.

This program is designed to enhance the quality and quantity of services available to assist victims of all forms of human trafficking.

This program focuses on addressing significant gaps in services to assist all victims of severe forms of human trafficking. This program responds to specialized service needs that have been identified by the anti-trafficking field.

The program improves outcomes for child and youth victims of sex and labor trafficking.

This program is enhances the quality and quantity of services available to assist victims of human trafficking under the age of 18.

This program increases the quantity and quality of services available to American Indian and Alaska Native victims of sex trafficking who reside in urban areas.

This program encourages innovations in access to justice programs with a significant human trafficking component.

This program explores innovative ideas generated by the anti-trafficking and victim services fields to address gaps in programs and services for victims of human trafficking.

The Domestic Victims of Human Trafficking Program is a grant program funded by the U;S. Department of Health & Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office on Trafficking in Persons that provides comprehensive case management, direct services, and referrals through community partnerships to U.S. citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents who have experienced human trafficking.

The Trafficking Victim Assistance Program (TVAP) is a grant program funded by the U;S. Department of Health & Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office on Trafficking in Persons, that provides comprehensive case management services for foreign national victims of a severe form of trafficking in persons, potential victims of trafficking seeking HHS Certification, and their qualified family members through a national network of service providers. In California, the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) administers these services in partnership with local providers. Contact USCRI directly to find an eligible provider, as some providers serve multiple counties and regions, offering remote support when a victim is identified in an area without available services.
