The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) provides multiple grant opportunities to enhance the quality and quantity of specialized and comprehensive services available to assist victims of all forms of human trafficking. Office on Trafficking In Persons

Domestic Victims Of Human Trafficking Program (DVHT)

The Domestic Victims of Human Trafficking Program is a grant program funded by the U;S. Department of Health & Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office on Trafficking in Persons that provides comprehensive case management, direct services, and referrals through community partnerships to U.S. citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents who have experienced human trafficking.

Trafficking Victim Assistance Program (TVAP)

The Trafficking Victim Assistance Program (TVAP) is a grant program funded by the U;S. Department of Health & Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office on Trafficking in Persons, that provides comprehensive case management services for foreign national victims of a severe form of trafficking in persons, potential victims of trafficking seeking HHS Certification, and their qualified family members through a national network of service providers. In California, the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) administers these services in partnership with local providers. Contact USCRI directly to find an eligible provider, as some providers serve multiple counties and regions, offering remote support when a victim is identified in an area without available services.
