This 90-minute event will focus on the mechanisms available to support labor trafficking survivors while they process, move through, and understand their experiences. Topics include types of trauma experiences, the importance of properly naming labor trafficking, healing, preparing survivors for trauma navigation, and recommendations to develop trauma-informed client policies and procedures.
Who is this training for? This training is meant for anti-trafficking service providers with existing knowledge of labor trafficking and service to survivors. Though this will not be advanced training on trauma, it will provide a platform for survivors to share its impact.
