Through survivor perspectives and real-world experiences, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of coercion.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Identify signs of coercion in potential trafficking situations.
- Recognize manipulation, psychological control, isolation, and other tactics traffickers use to exploit victims.
- Apply survivor-informed insights to strengthen prevention and intervention efforts.
- Understand patterns of coercive behaviors.
- Respond with greater empathy, awareness, and care when supporting potential victims.
Note: No prior attendance required. Whether this is your first session in the coercion webinar series or you’re returning from Part I, this webinar will provide valuable insights for both new and returning participants.
