This is an opportunity to pause from our everyday marathon to connect with colleagues from across the state. So we intentionally ask that participants set aside time to be present –  bringing ourselves, our passion, knowledge and experience to fuel a time of creative exchange and vision casting. Think of this as more of a group retreat, than a large-scale conference. Let’s have some fun and relaxation too!  There are lots of opportunities for participation beyond attendance  i.e.  if you are Interested in participating as a greeter, a table/discussion leader, breakout room facilitator or have other ideas, let us know!

At this point, there is no anticipated virtual attendance. PACT Convenings are highly interactive and are not conducive to a hybrid format. We will host a Virtual Statewide Gathering at another point in the year as an alternative opportunity to connect.

Some individuals may choose to arrive Sunday evening April 16th (We will plan an informal networking opportunity for those that are interested). Registration will open from 9:00 am – 10:30 am in the Foyer or Regency F Ballroom.  A formal agenda will begin April 17th at 10:30  am to accommodate those driving that morning.  An optional PACT Networking Reception will take place on April 17th 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm.  We will close with an afternoon plenary on April 18th to end by  3:30 PM. Schedule subject to change, details to follow.

Each SB 855 Opt-In, participating PACT county will receive  up to three  no-cost registrations which includes on-site meals April 17th (lunch), April 18th (breakfast and lunch), in addition to a networking reception on the evening of Monday April 17th (appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages provided, no-host bar available).  Your no-cost registration will also include any conference materials, snacks, and facility costs. 

All attendees are responsible for covering travel, parking  and lodging (this is an approved SB 855 allocation cost). Group rates for the Hyatt are available @ $195.00 per night. Visit the Hyatt Lodging Site to book.
